Thanks are due to the Federacion Balear de Vela and especially Pere Sarquella, Technical Director for very graciously providing all the facilities.

16 participants attended: 6 IROs, 6 NROs and 4 IJs. In total, seven European countries were represented: AUT, CRO, ESP, GER , GBR , GRE.

The conference covered the advertised programme and was very interactive with the attendees participating actively in discussions. The input from the IJs present was very interesting and informative.

The conference closed at 21:00 and a brief summary of the evaluation of the conference reflected a general agreement that there these conferences should take place more often, for longer a duration and include the presentation of more case material.
