Changes made include amendments to the definitions of “boat” and “class”, revised terms of reference for the Racing Rules Committee and Women’s Forum and new terms of reference for the ISAF Athletes’ Commission. The regulation on the Grading of Match Racing events has been amended to reflect the holding of Continental Championships, whilst the preamble to the ISAF Sailor Classification Code has been revised to reflect the role of sailors to support the purpose and spirit of the Code.
