Melanie joins ISAF as a keen sailor, who has sailed dinghies, yachts and boards in various spots across Europe and in Australia. She moves to ISAF from a local Yacht Charter company, having previously worked for Mark Warner on summer water sports holidays.

She began sailing in dinghies when she was ten years old and has since had the opportunity to sail in some spectacular venues whilst travelling with work, and has also competed in the famous Round The Island (Isle of Wight) Race on a number of occasions.

Melanie holds several Royal Yacht Association certifications, including National Power Boat and Dinghy schemes, together with Scuba Diving qualifications.

Lyn replaces Melanie HAYES.
